• Repackage items to be returned/exchanged in the original boxes with all labels. All products being returned/exchanged must be in good condition.
• All orders come with a prepaid return-shipping label. Affix this label to the package and just drop it in the mail within 30 days of receipt.
• Make sure to specify whether the item is being exchanged or a full refund is being requested.
• Free shipping on returns/exchanges does not apply to orders being returned from International locations (locations outside of the continental United States) and APO/FPO locations.
